Appointed director of Integrated Reservoir Solutions Ltd in 1998, his duties include technical development of staff, combined with the development of IReS operations. Additionally, he is a professional geologist with local and international experience, who has specialised in geological field and basin evaluation and reservoir characterisation studies. Techniques employed in these studies include the generation and interpretation of sedimentological and petrographic datasets, advanced diagenetic studies and their integration with data from other geological, geophysical and petrophysical disciplines. Steve is fully conversant with sequence stratigraphic concepts, including high-resolution sequence stratigraphy, and is familiar with other geological disciplines such as biostratigraphy, chemical stratigraphy and petrophysics.
